胃底腺領域の未分化型微小胃癌の1例

Minute Undifferentiated Carcinoma of the Gastric Fundic Gland Area, Report of a Case

要旨　患者は59歳，女性．1988年10月胃集団検診で異常を指摘．当院での胃内視鏡検査で胃体中部大彎の微小な陥凹からの生検でGroup Ⅴであった．病理組織学的には4×5mm，深達度mの未分化型Ⅱcであった．胃底腺領域の微小胃癌の臨床的発見の報告はまれであり興味ある症例と思われたので報告する．

　A 59-year-old female visited our hospital for further examination of an abnormality of the stomach found at a gastric mass survey in October, 1988. On endoscopic examination at our hospital, a small depressed lesion was found in the greater curvature of the middle body. Biopsy specimens were positive for Group Ⅴ abnormal cells. Subtotal gastrectomy was done successfully in November, 1988. Histopathological examination revealed an undifferentiated adenocarcinoma (Ⅱc type), measuring 4×5 mm in size, with a depth of m.
