A case of a woman in her sixties. A gastric submucosal tumor was indicated by gastroscopy during a health checkup. X-ray examination and gastroscopy revealed a smooth-surfaced submucosal tumor at the greater curvature of the gastric antrum. Endoscopic ultrasonography showed a tumor, measuring 11×10mm, had a slightly higher echo level than the proper muscular layer and extended into the fourth layer. Abdominal computed tomography showed contrast enhancement of the tumor. Laparoscopic gastric partial resection was performed. We histologically diagnosed a glomus tumor. Our case showed characteristic diagnostic imaging.
