Tiny epithelial tumors of the small bowel investigated by capsule endoscopy(CE)or double balloon endoscopy(DBE)were outlined. There is little literature about tiny epithelial tumors because the detection of these lesions is only incidental. To find tiny epithelial tumors, the accumulation of clinical cases and determination of the high risk group will be needed. Additionally, we must use common terminology which is based on our consensus concerning the findings indicating small bowel tumors.
