小さな小腸腫瘍―上皮性腫瘍

Tiny Small Bowel Tumors: Epithelial Tumors (Adenocarcinoma, Adenoma and Carcinoid Tumor)

要旨　カプセル内視鏡やダブルバルーン内視鏡による，10mm以下の小さな小腸上皮性腫瘍に関しての報告を，遡及的に調査し現状を概説した．新しい小腸内視鏡検査が施行されている現状においても，臨床症状の出現が小腸の主な検査動機となっていることから，微小な病変は偶発的に認められたわずかな報告しか存在しない．症例の蓄積による小腸上皮性腫瘍の高危険群の設定が必要である．その際に内視鏡を含めた肉眼所見に関しても，コンセンサスの得られた共通の表現を用いて症例を集積する必要がある．

　Tiny epithelial tumors of the small bowel investigated by capsule endoscopy（CE）or double balloon endoscopy（DBE）were outlined. There is little literature about tiny epithelial tumors because the detection of these lesions is only incidental. To find tiny epithelial tumors, the accumulation of clinical cases and determination of the high risk group will be needed. Additionally, we must use common terminology which is based on our consensus concerning the findings indicating small bowel tumors.
