 Acanthosis nigricans is a skin disease showing triad signs of skin pigmentation, hyperkeratosis and papillary skin hyperplasia. It is well known that this skin disease is accompanied by various human diseases. The most commonly reported visceral organ malignancy coexisting with acanthosis nigricans is gastric cancer. In this article, we reported a rare case of acanthosis nigricans coexisting with colorectal cancer.
