食道癌の深達度診断—X線検査

Radiological Diagnosis of Depth of Invasion in Carcinoma of the Esophagus

要旨●X線造影検査を用いた食道癌の深達度診断について述べた．実際の検査方法（経口法，ゾンデ法）や自施設における検査の実際，画像精度向上を狙った工夫についても提示する．深達度診断については側面変形の重要性についてふれ，側面変形を用いた深達度診断について症例提示を交えながら述べた．本稿が内視鏡検査とは異なるモダリティである食道X線造影検査についての理解向上につながり，内視鏡診断と併せて総合的に判断することで診断能の向上に寄与できれば幸いである．

　This study presents the diagnosis of the depth of invasion in esophageal cancer through radiography. The actual examination methods（oral and sonde methods）, the examination practice at our center, and the innovations aimed at improving image accuracy are also described. The lateral deformity in depth diagnosis is presented with case examples, demonstrating its importance. This article may aid in advancing the understanding of esophageal radiography, which is a different modality from endoscopy, and improving diagnostic performance through comprehensive judgment with endoscopic diagnosis.
