先天性網膜色素上皮過誤腫

Congenital simple hamartoma of retinal pigment epithelium

緒言

　網膜色素上皮（retinal pigment epithelium：RPE）の色素性あるいは腫瘍性病変には，先天性網膜色素上皮過誤腫（congenital simple hamartoma of the RPE：CSHRPE），先天性網膜色素上皮過形成（congenital hypertrophy of the RPE：CHRPE），先天性網膜色素上皮無色素斑（congenital albinotic and amelanotic spots of the RPE），網膜および網膜色素上皮の混合過誤腫（combined hamartoma of the retina and RPE），網膜色素上皮腺腫または腺癌（adenoma or adenocarcinoma of the RPE）などが知られている^1,2）。

　今回，CSHRPEと考えられた症例を経験したので報告する。
