小児における生殖器の救急疾患として重要なものは，精巣，卵巣の捻転が挙げられる。どちらも血流途絶からくる壊死を回避するため，早期診断と早期治療が重要である。そのほかにも，泌尿器の急性疾患として，閉塞性水腎症や，尿路感染症が挙げられる。これらは，臨床現場で遭遇することが比較的多い疾患であり重要である。

In pediatric patients, acute urinary tract diseases are not uncommon, involving testicular/ovarian torsion or urinary tract infection. In addition, pediatric patients sometimes presented with non-specific clinical signs, therefore point of care ultrasound could be useful. In this chapter, we provided the sonographic and computed tomography imaging of common diseases of pediatric acute urinary tract diseases. Ultrasound was useful modality for no irradiation, no necessity of sedation and performing repeatedly at patient bedside.
