Two cases of traumatic rupture of the testicle caused by a motor-bicycle accident were presented.

Forty-six cases including these two cases were found in Japanese literature. A motor-bicycle accident as a major cause of the trau-matic testicular rupture has increased within recent few years.

In cases with traumatic rupture of testicle, it is necessary to be treated operatively as fast as possible.

Closure of the tunica albuginea testis see-ms to be possible only when the patient was treated in early stage after injury. Ruptured testicle should always be operated conserva-tively.
