睾丸腫瘍で急性の激痛を訴える例は稀とされている。私共は最近その1例を経験したので報告する。
A 27 years old male noticed enlargement of the left testicle 2 years previously, but did not have any treatment since he did not feel any pain. On July 5, 1966, without any cause, he started to feel some pain which became unbearable, radiating to the left lower abdomen complicated with nausea and vomiting.
Local findings at his first visit revealed slight redness of the left scrotal skin, over hen egg sized testicle with smooth surface, no adhesions to the surrounding tissue, elastic hard, no transillumination nor fluctuation and Prehn's sign was not definite.
