I．はじめに

　転移性も含めて涙囊腫瘍についての症例報告は少ない。初期症状としては眼瞼内下方の腫瘤や血性流涙，鼻出血があるが，涙囊炎症状と類似しており，診断および治療が遅れることがある。今回われわれは，鼻腔悪性腫瘍手術後の経過観察中に，涙囊転移が発見された1症例を経験したので報告する。

A 78-year-old male presented with a mass in the left medial canthus. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging showed a solid mass in the lacrimal sac. He received an operation for lateral rhinotomy 2 years ago. A preoperative cytological study using fine needle aspiration revealed a classⅤcarcinoma,and the mass was suspected to be recurrence of transitional cell carcinoma. The mass was removed surgically,and the histological examinations revealed squamous cell carcinoma. Pathological diagnosis was metastatic tumor. The patient has been free of tumor for 6 months after the surgery.
