Abstract 文献概要

　孤立性真性嚢胞を臨床的に観察した記載は甚だ僅少で，外国に於てWeve,Kurz,Jancke,Kor-nzweig等，我国では布村一島，百々，林（生）等の諸氏による報告があるに過ぎない。

　私は最近，略同大の2個のこの種の嚢胞と鋸状縁断裂を示す片眼網膜剥離の一例について，その治療経過を迫求し得たので茲に迫加報告する。

19 yr. old male patient has noticed the visual disturbance since 5 yrs. before which have ne-ver been aggravated. Subsequently, has noticed the partial loss of visual field. The lower half of retina was detached accompanying disinsertion and two isolated genuine retinal cysts about 4 times as large as disc were found there.

By the diathermy for cyst and disinsertion, cysts were distroyed and disappeared. Detached retina was reattached and visual acuity, field of vision were recovered.

This case was 5th.
