　抄録：脊柱側弯を伴った異形成性脊椎すべり症の1例を経験したので報告する．症例は13歳，女性で，主訴は両下肢痛と脊柱変形であった．画像上，L5前方形成不全を伴うL4すべりと，右胸椎・左腰椎凸の側弯を認めた．この症例に対し後方進入腰椎椎体間固定術を施行した．術後，両下肢痛は消失し，側弯は一部改善した．本症例は特発性側弯に坐骨神経痛に由来する疼痛性側弯が合併したものであり，腰椎手術により体幹バランスは改善した．

　We report a case of lumbar dysplastic spondylolisthesis associated with scoliosis. The patient was a 13-year-old young woman who presented with bilateral leg pain and spinal deformity. Radiographs revealed dysplastic spondylolisthesis of L4 and scoliosis with right thoracic and left lumbar curves. The scoliotic curvatures improved in the supine position, but the vertebral rotation at the apex of thoracic curve persisted. Magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated severe compression of the cauda equina at the L4-L5 level. Myelography revealed a subtotal block at the L4-L5 level. The patient underwent posterior lumbar decompression and posterior lumbar interbody fusion at the L4-L5 level. The preoperative symptoms, including the spinal deformity, were significantly improved after surgery.
