要旨 肛門領域に最も多くみられる病変は言うまでもなく，痔核，痔瘻，裂肛の三者である．そしてその診察法はほとんど確立されている．しかしこれらの疾患と紛らわしい肛門疾患も決して少なくない．そこで肛門診察に際し常に念頭に置くべき幾つかの疾患について記載し“知らないための誤診”を避ける一助としたい．
Piles, fistula in ano, and anal fissures are certainly the commonest ailments of the anus. Although the diagnosis of these three diseases is not difficult, there are some other diseases which are sometimes confounded with them.
In the present paper, some features of these confusing diseases are mentioned, hoping to give some hints for reaching a correct diagnosis.
