要旨　患者は44歳，女性，無症状．胃X線・内視鏡検査で胃体中部前壁の小彎側と大彎側，胃体下部小彎，前庭部後壁にそれぞれ異常所見が認められた．生検の結果は悪性リンパ腫を確診するものではなかったが，1992年1月21日胃亜全摘術が行われた．切除標本の詳細な病理組織学的検索では，多発した，smにとどまる早期の胃悪性リンパ腫5病変（うち1病変は病理組織学的病変），diffuse，medium cell type，であった．この症例には手術に先立つ約5年前と約2年半前の内視鏡写真があり，その所見も併せて供覧した．

　The patient was 44-year-old female with no complaint. X-ray and endoscopic close examination of the stomach demonstrated 4 mucosal abnormalities, which were near the lesser curvature and greater curvature of the anterior wall of the middle body, at the lesser curvature of the lower body and at the posterior wall of the antrum. Results of biopsy proved negative for malignancy. Operation was performed on January 21, 1992 on strong suspicion of malignant lymphoma. Histopathologic examination of the resected specimen showed 5 malignant lymphoma lesions limited to the mucosa and partially to the submucosa, and diffuse medium-cell type by LSG classification. Endoscopic pictures taken about 5 years, and 2 years and half before the operation were also presented.
