精神障害をもつ人の作業バランスの評価対象の分析と評価や介入に向けた提案—文献研究

Proposals through analyzing the focus of occupational balance for people with mental disorders: A literature review

要旨：本研究の目的は，精神障害をもつ人の作業バランスの評価対象を明らかにした上で，その評価や介入に向けた提案をすることであった．方法は，対象文献18編の作業バランスの評価対象を，3つのカテゴリ【作業の領域】【作業の特徴】【時間使用】に分類し，分類されなかった評価対象を別途検討した．結果，3つのカテゴリのうち1つ以上に分類された文献が18編中16編，そのうち3つ全てに分類された文献が9編であった．3個の作業バランスの評価対象は3つのカテゴリに分類困難であった．精神障害をもつ人の作業バランスの評価や介入には，【作業の領域】【作業の特徴】【時間使用】すべてと対象者の主観を最低限含めることを提案する．

　The first purpose of this study was to clarify the focus of occupational balance in people with mental disorders. The second purpose was to propose assessments and interventions. 18 articles were selected on occupational balance in people with mental disorders focusing on three categories: “occupational areas,” “occupational characteristics,” and “time use.” The areas of focus that could not be classified were examined. Consequently, 16 of the 18 articles were classified into one or more of the three categories, and nine of those were classified into all three categories. The three focuses could not be classified into any of the three categories. To assess and intervene in the occupational balance of people with mental disorders, it is necessary to include all of the following: “occupational areas,” “occupational characteristics,” “time use,” and the subjective views of the participants.
