Osteoporosis Liaison Service. Refracture prevention and rehabilitation.

　骨粗鬆症リエゾンサービス（OLS）とは，初発の骨折予防だけでなく，再骨折予防は重要な位置づけを占める。病院におけるOLS活動としては，FRAX®による骨折リスクの把握し，転倒リスクの評価を行うことが重要である。転倒リスク評価には，簡易版転倒リスク評価やTimed Up and Go（TUG）や歩行速度，開眼片脚立ち時間，下肢筋力など運動機能評価を行うことが望ましい。近年の診断群分類包括評価（DPC）導入により，骨粗鬆症に対する評価や治療が不充分であることが課題である。
