 We reviewed retrospectively the characteristics, treatment and outcome of 2,215 patients(male 1,138 and female 1,077;median age 68 years)from March 2020 to August 2022 in our hospital. Severity scales on admission were mild, moderate Ⅰ, moderate Ⅱ and severe, each 744(34%), 941(42%), 493(22%)and 37(2%)among the patients, respectively. Major symptoms on admission were cough, general fatigue, fever≥37.5°C, but no dyspnea. Commonly observed comorbidities were hypertension(36%)and diabetes mellitus(20%). They received antivirus and monoclonal antibody medication in addition to oxygen therapy, including nasal high flow oxygen administration. Respiratory condition recovered in 1,971(89%)and bacome worse in 123(6%)patients who were transferred to advanced hospitals;and 93 patients(4%)died. Factors related to deterioration of the condition were:advanced age, male sex, diabetes mellitus, decreased lymphocyte count, increased serum lactate dehydrogenase and C-reactive protein levels on admission.
