要旨

　小児の慢性腹痛で両側の前皮神経絞扼症候群が疑われ，診断的治療でトリガーポイント注射・腹横筋膜面ブロックが有効であった症例を経験したので報告する。小児の慢性腹痛の鑑別疾患の一つとして前皮神経絞扼症候群を考慮する必要がある。

　We experienced a case of chronic abdominal pain in a child with suspected bilateral anterior cutaneous nerve entrapment syndrome, in which trigger point injections and ultrasound-guided transversus abdominis plane block were effective in the diagnostic treatment.

　Anterior cutaneous nerve entrapment syndrome should be considered as one of the differential disease for chronic abdominal pain in children.
