We report two cases of upper extremity pain related to the malignant tumor. Case 1:A man presented severe pain with allodynia, edema, and atrophy at his right upper extremity. He has been diagnosed with Pancoast syndrome caused by an apical lung tumor. Case 2:A woman presented pain, edema, and muscle weakness at her right upper extremity. She had undergone bilateral mastectomy for breast cancer, with diagnosed complete remission. But we revealed that the cause of the pain was brachial plexus compression due to lymph node recurrence. It is essential to exclude “red flags” for diagnosis in clinical settings.
