A case of polypoid endometriosis

polypoid endometriosisは子宮内膜症のまれな亜型でポリープ状を呈する腫瘤で，時に悪性腫瘍との鑑別が問題となる。今回我々は，特徴的な画像所見を示したpolypoid endometriosisを経験したため，文献的考察をふまえて報告する。

Polypoid endometriosis is a rare subtype of endometriosis that presents as a polypoid mass, and its differentiation from malignancy is sometimes problematic. In this report, we describe a case of polypoid endometriosis in a 30-year-old woman with characteristic imaging findings, based on a review of the literature.
