靱帯腱病変―腱板部分断裂，凍結肩/肩関節周囲炎とリウマチ性多発筋痛症

肩関節疾患の中でも診断に苦慮することの多い腱板の部分断裂や凍結肩，様々な疾患との画像所見のオーバーラップのあるリウマチ性多発筋痛症の画像について，特徴的な所見を提示し解説する。

The detectability of partial-thickness rotator cuff tear is improved by using fat suppression and increasing spatial resolution. In frozen shoulder/scapulohumeral periarthritis inflammation is showed at the axillary pouch and rotator interval, and other diseases, such as rotator cuff tear or rheumatoid arthritis, must be exclude. Polymyalgia rheumatica is mainly bursitis around the large joints, and there are no abnormalities in the bones.
