腱鞘巨細胞腫（giant cell tumor of the tendon sheath：GCT-TS）は，手指ではガングリオンに次いで2番目に多い軟部腫瘍である1）が，足趾の発生はまれである2～4）．われわれは足趾に発生したGCT-TSを2例経験したので報告する．
