重症心身障害者の集団活動支援に対する生活支援員と看護師の意識と支援の変化—アクションリサーチを通して

Changes in awareness and support of life support workers and nurses through group activities for people with profound multiple disabilities utilizing action research

要旨：本研究の目的は，重症心身障害者の集団活動支援に関するアクションを起こすことによる，生活支援員と看護師の意識や支援の変化を明らかにすることである．研究デザインは，アクションリサーチであり，集団活動支援の課題と解決方法を立案し実践を通して，生活支援員と看護師の意識や支援の変化に関するデータを収集し，分析した．生活支援員と看護師は，重症心身障害者と一緒に集団活動を行うことが共通の認識になり，安心して支援するようになった．さらに，立場や専門性が異なる生活支援員と看護師に対して，教えるのではなく，活動参加記録の記載により，重症心身障害者の反応に気づくことで，重症心身障害者が楽しむ支援に変化した．

The purpose of this study was to clarify changes in the awareness and support of life support workers and nurses who supported group activities of people with profound multiple disabilities. An action research design was used to collect and analyze data on changes in the awareness and support of life support workers and nurses through planning and practicing issues and solutions for group activity support. Life support workers and nurses have come to understand that they are engaged in group activities together with people who have profound multiple disabilities, and they are now able to provide support with peace of mind. Furthermore, rather than teaching life support workers and nurses with different positions and specialties, we called attention to the reactions of people with profound multiple disabilities by recording their participation in activities, which resulted in a change in the level of support so that it could be enjoyed by people with profound multiple disabilities.
