The purpose of this study is to clarify the type of experience and clinical judgment made by occupational therapists who are engaged in home-visit rehabilitation and support the achievement of activity/participation level goals. The subjects were 4 occupational therapists. An interview survey was conducted and an analysis was performed using the Trajectory Equifinality Approach (TEA). Occupational therapists encourage clients to view life from an occupational perspective in the early stages of intervention. For goal setting, interview evaluation was conducted, and occupational therapists and clients collaborated to focus on the issues. After setting goals, the occupational therapists selected the program, considering the benefits and risks of home rehabilitation, client risk management, self-efficacy, and learning efficiency.
