作業に根ざした実践のための認知症高齢者版作業的変化ガイドブックの開発（第2報）—〜ガイドブック試作版の内部妥当性・外部妥当性の検討〜

Development of the “Guidebook of Occupational Change for the Elderly with Dementia (GOD)” for occupation-based practice (Part 2) : Assessing the internal and external validity of GOD

要旨：本研究の目的は，認知症高齢者版作業的変化ガイドブックの試作版（以下，試作版）の妥当性を検討し，完成させることであった．試作版は，認知症高齢者に対する作業に根ざした実践で生じる作業的変化（occupational change；以下，OC）の理解を促し，OCを捉えられるようにするために開発された．研究は2つの手続きで構成された．手順1は作業に根ざした実践の専門家を対象に内部妥当性を検討した．手順 2は，認知症高齢者に介入する一般の作業療法士を対象に外部妥当性を検討した．結果，認知症高齢者版OCガイドブックの内部妥当性と外部妥当性が確認され，認知症高齢者版OCガイドブックが完成した．

　The aim of this study was to finalize the Guidebook of Occupational Change for the Elderly with Dementia (GOD) through checking the internal and external validity of the GOD prototype. GOD was developed to promote an understanding of occupational change (OC) in occupation-based practice (OBP) for occupational therapists. OC refers to the dynamic condition of clients' actions, cognition and emotions through occupational engagement. A two-round study was conducted that (1) assessed the internal validity, and (2) assessed the external validity. The results suggest the validity of GOD prototype. The complete version of GOD will contribute to a better understanding of how to use OBP as teaching material for OC.
