認知症高齢者におけるマルチランプ型視覚認知運動課題の遂行度

The performance level of multi-lamp visuomotor tasks in the elderly with dementia

要旨：ボード上に配列された12個のランプから，点灯中のものを探索して押すマルチランプ型視覚認知運動課題を認知症高齢者が遂行可能かどうかを評価する目的で，同課題を認知症高齢者22名に対して実施した．結果，最重度者に関しては遂行が困難だったが，正反応率は中等度者平均で90％を超え，重度者でも平均50％以上を示した．また，実施した20回のセッション成績を前半と後半で比較すると，軽度者では正反応数増加および反応時間の短縮がみられ，中・重度者においても正反応数の増加がみられた．これらのことから，マルチランプ課題は軽度者から重度者まで広く遂行可能な課題であることが確認された．

　The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether the elderly with dementia can execute the visuomotor task of looking for a lit lamp from among 12 lamps arranged on a board. We carried out the visuomotor task on 22 elderly with dementia. The severest dementia subjects had severe difficulty with the task. The correct response rate in mild dementia patients was over 90%, and the average correct response rate in those with severe dementia was over 50%. Comparing the results of the performance of the first half and second half, in those with mild dementia there was a significant shortening of the reaction time and a significant increase in the number of correct reactions, and in those with moderate or severe dementia, there was a significant increase in the number of correct reactions as well. From these results, it was confirmed that the visuomotor task can be carried out widely in those suffering from mild to severe dementia.
