腹腔鏡下に切除した消化管重複症の1例

A Case Report of an Intestinal Duplication Resected Laparoscopically

　患者は20歳，男性．上腹部痛を主訴に来院し，精査の結果，下大静脈の腹側に一部石灰化を伴うcysticな腫瘤を認めた．腹腔鏡下手術によって腫瘤を？離したのち，支配血管を切離し摘出した．病理検査で，腫瘤は消化管重複症と診断された，術中および術後の経過は非常に良好であり，消化管重複症に対して腹腔鏡下手術は有用であると思われた．

A 20 year old man was referred to the surgical clinic with a chief complaint of upper abdominal pain. Physical examination showed no abnormality and laboratory tests were within normal limits. Computed tomography of the abdomen revealed a cystic mass, small hen's egg size, with partial calcification. The tumor located in the mesenterium was resected laparoscopically without difficulty. Pathologic sections revealed intestinal duplica-tion. Laparoscopic approach was considered useful for excision of intestinal duplication.
