傍ストーマヘルニアに対して腹腔鏡下根治術（Sandwich法）を施行した2例

Two cases of laparoscopic parastomal hernia repair by sandwich technique

◆要旨：症例1は76歳，男性．S状結腸の穿孔性腹膜炎に対してHartmann手術を施行された．5年後に腹壁瘢痕ヘルニアと傍ストーマヘルニアのため来院．腹腔鏡下手術を施行した．合併症なく退院し，10か月後も再発兆候を認めない．症例2は60歳，男性．直腸の穿孔性腹膜炎に対してHartmann手術を施行．術後9か月目に傍ストーマヘルニアのため来院した．腹腔鏡下手術を施行し，合併症なく退院した．9か月後も再発兆候を認めない．傍ストーマヘルニアに対する腹腔鏡下根治術（Sandwich法）の報告は本邦で初めてであり，文献的考察を加え報告する．

We report two patients with parastomal hernia treated by laparoscopic surgery. The first patient was a 76 years old man who visited our hospital complaining of parastomal hernia and middle incisional hernia. He was treated by laparoscopic surgery. At 10 months after operation, he remained asymptomatic. The second patient was a 60 years old man who visited our hospital complaining of parastomal hernia. He was treated by laparoscopic surgery. At 9 months after operation, he remained asymptomatic. In both cases, sandwich technique was performed and they are the first reported cases in Japan.
