■乳児期の麻酔・手術と学力テストの関係

麻酔薬の臓器保護効果など，麻酔の有用な作用が注目されているなか，麻酔薬の幼若脳への有害作用は重大な懸念事項となっている。動物実験において幼若脳への有害作用が示唆されているが，ヒトにおいては観察研究が多く，その結果の解釈は隔靴瘙痒の感がある。
