はじめに
「力コブの異常」を呈する上腕二頭筋長頭腱皮下断裂は，腱の変性，脆弱化に伴って発症することが多いが，麻痺肢における報告例は稀である．今回，われわれは，脳出血および頸髄損傷後の強い痙縮のある麻痺肢に生じた上腕二頭筋長頭腱皮下断裂2例3肢を経験した．
