全自動酵素免疫測定機器，Vitek Im-muno Diagnostic Assay System（Vidas；bioMérieuxVitek, Inc）を用い，男性初尿中のChlamydia trachomatis抗原検出を検討した．Vidasは同時再現性，日差再現性に優れたが，希釈試験では，対照法としたIDEIAChlamydiaと比べ，最小抗原検出限界で約4倍劣った．臨床検体を用いた検討では，対照法との判定一致率は98.7％，感度90.5％，特異度100％の精度が得られた．
