●医療法の改正によって成分採血時の穿刺，操作，抜針，止血までの一連の操作について臨床検査技師が行えることになった．

●目的に合わせて使用する成分採血の機器の原理・方法を理解し，正しく使用する．

●成分採血に関連した有害事象（採血時，採血中，終了後）を理解し，迅速に対応できるようにする．

●成分採血を実施する場合は，看護師や医師および臨床工学技士と協働して，医療チームの一員として慎重に業務を行うことが基本である．
