胎児心スクリーニングの普及により4CVで左右のアンバランスの明らかな重症心疾患は数多く胎児診断されるようになっている．しかし，完全大血管転移，大動脈縮窄・離断，総肺静脈還流異常の胎児診断率は低く，今後に残された課題である．これらの疾患の胎児診断率向上のためには3VV，3VTVのスクリーニングをすすめること，超音波技師による胎児スクリーニングをすすめることが大切と考える．

Fetal diagnosis of congenital heart disease (CHD) has been considered to contribute to survival without handicaps.　Detection rate of major CHD has been improved rapidly in these ten years.　Although TGA and TAPVD are most common CHDs to be operated in the neonatal period, their detection rate are still in very low level.　In order to promote the fetal cardiac screening we hope many sonographiers to come to fetal screening in future.
