結石マトリックス成分と分析法

Stone matrix components and analysis methods thereof

尿路結石症は臨床では一般的な疾患であるが，その発生機序はいまだ明確にされていない．尿中の結晶が成長し凝集が起こり，さらに結石芽形成を経て結石化(固化)に成長する過程で，様々な有機物質(結石マトリックス)がその成長・凝集に対して抑制あるいは促進の方向に関与し，含まれていく．それらの各物質を同定し解析することや，個々の物質ごとの関連性を解明することにより結石発生機序の解明に迫り得るものと思われる．本稿ではこれまで報告されている代表的な結石マトリックスとそれらの一般的な分析法について紹介する．

Urolithiasis is a general disease in medical practice ; however, its developmental mechanism has not yet been clarified.　Crystals in urine grow and aggregation occurs.　Furthermore, in the process of growing to lithification (solidification) through the formation of stone buds, various organic substances (stone matrix) are involved and control-wise or facilitation-wise included in such growth/aggregation.　It is believed that elucidation of the developmental mechanism of these stones may be approachable by identifying and analyzing each of such substances in addition to elucidating the relevance of each substance.　This paper will introduce a representative stone matrix and the general analysis methods thereof that have been reported to date.
