臨床生理機能検査の種類とリスク環境

The kind of examination and the risk environment over the laboratory of clinical physiology

生理機能検査におけるリスク環境として大きくは，検査前・検査中・検査後の3つに分けられる．検査前のリスクとして，患者誤認，接遇，待ち時間の問題，検査中のリスクとして患者の事故・トラブル，データの判読レベルとデータの質，検査者の性別によるトラブル，感染対策，検査後のリスクとしてデータ管理上の問題などが挙げられる．当院で行っている検査項目を紹介し，それぞれ検査項目ごとに，当院での事例を中心に起こりうるリスクとその対処法を述べた．

In the field of the clinical physiology test, we have to consider three potential risk factors.　The first one is "pre-test risk" which includes problems associated with long waiting times, misidentification of subjects, communication troubles.　The second one is "during-test risk" which includes harmful events during the test, issues associated with sexual harassment, quality of data correction and reading, and infection control.　The last one is "post-test risk" which includes issues associated with management and storage of data.　Here, I showed our encounters with such risk factors and management of them in each type of test and each risk area.
