膀胱内圧と膀胱尿道の形態学的な情報とを同時に提供するのが，ビデオウロダイナミクスである．無抑制収縮に伴う膀胱頸部の開き，尿道閉塞部位の診断，尿失禁症例における尿漏れの確認と膀胱尿道の変化を確認することができる．この検査によって，機能と形態の両面から膀胱尿道を同時に詳細に解析することができる．
Video-urodynamic study shows the cystometry associated with morphological changes of the bladder and urethra. We can evaluate such as factors the condition of the bladder neck associated with uninhibited bladder contraction, the part of the urethral stricture, urinary incontinence and the morphological change of the bladder and urethra.
By this study, we can precisely analyze the functional and morphological change of the bladder and urethra at the same time.
