Two Cases of Acute Leukemia Suspected of Ramsay Hunt's Syndrome

　I．はじめに

　白血病に耳痛，耳鳴，難聴，めまい，顔面神経麻痺などの耳科的症状を合併し得ることは古くから知られているが，それらの同時発症の報告は少ない。同時発症の報告の中で急性乳様突起炎と顔面神経麻痺の合併例^1〜3）は比較的みられるが，それに加えて内耳障害によるめまいや耳鳴を訴えたという報告は野村ら^4）の剖検例だけのようである。

　一方，Zoster sine herpeteの報告^5）以来gcniculate zoneのヘルペス形成がなくとも激しい耳部疼痛，内耳神経症状，顔面神経麻痺がほぼ同時に発症した場合にはRamsay Hunt症候群と考えるのが普通とされるに至っている^6）

　Two cases of acute leukemia in complete remission developed the symptomes similar to Ramsay Hunt's syndrome.

　The first patient with acute promyelocytic leukemia presented tinnitus, sensorineural hearing loss, vertigo and facial palsy due to leukemic cell infiltration to the inner ear and facial nerve.

　The second patient with acute myelocytic leukemia (tumor forming type) also presented tinnitus, conductive hearing loss, dizziness and facial paresis due to leukemic cell infiltration to the tympanic cavity, and leukoblastoma was formd in the retromandibular region.
