Trigeminal Neurinoma, Gasscrian Type and Root Type

　I．はじめに

　頭蓋内三叉神経鞘腫は比較的まれな疾患であるが，聴力低下，ふらつきなどをはじめ多彩な神経耳科的所見を呈することから，耳鼻咽喉科を受診する機会は少なくないと思われる。われわれは本年5例の三叉神経鞘腫を経験し，全例に神経耳科的検査を行い若干の知見を得たので，文献的考察と併せてここに報告する。

　Five cases of trigeminal neurinoma are reported.

　Typical cases of Gasserian type and root type neurinoma were well documented.

　In addition to the neurotological examinations, plain x-ray and CT scan studies were quite helpful to make accurate diagnosis of trigeminal neurinoma in the middle fossa as well as in the posterior fossa.
