小児鼻アレルギー鼻汁の肥胖細胞

THE PRESENCE OF MAST CELLS IN NASAL SMEARS OF CHILDREN

　I．はじめに

　鼻汁中に好酸球を証明することは，鼻アレルギー診断上重要であり，Hansel染色法は1分法ともいわれて簡便なことから，鼻汁染色に広く利用され，その診断学上に果たしてきた役割と意義は大きい。しかし最近その染色状態が必ずしも良好でなく，他の細胞はもちろん好酸球を鑑別するにも困難なことが多くなつてきた。

　清水ら^1）の染色法の改良で，好酸球ばかりでなく，他の細胞特に肥胖細胞の同定が容易となつた。改良された方法で染色した小児鼻アレルギー患者の鼻汁細胞診の結果を纒めてみたが，幾つかの知見を得ることができたので報告した。

　The presence of eosinophilia in nasal smears is an important criteria for the diagnosis of nasal allergy and for which Hansel's staining method is widely employed. Lately with the improvement of the staining method the accompanying mast cells are also brought out vividly.

　Under the present method 83 cases of infants were examined and among this number only 4 cases showed no mast cells.
