感音障害の診断について

DIAGNOSLS OF NERVE DEAFNESS

　I．はじめに

　私が昭和27年仙台市において開催された，日本耳鼻咽喉科学会第53回総会において，「音感受障害をめぐる問題，特にその臨床」と題する宿題報告を担当発表してから，すでに15年の歳月が過ぎた。

　当時私どもは，オーヂオメーターを駆使して，オーヂオロギーを発展せしめたのみでなく，閾値上聴覚について，いろいろの検索を行なうと共に，障害部位診断における一新検査法を提唱した。また内耳液の物理化学および化学について種種検索して，内耳液研究に一生面を開いた。さらに内耳諸細胞のsurface preparationによる検討によつて，この方面を開拓した。

　In the diagnosis of nerve deafness, today, it is highly essential that differentiation be made, not only, between those that are due to cochlear or retrocochlear lesion by employment of various tests mainly centered around the recruitment phenomenon, but also, to identify further the exact location of the lesion in retrocochlear involvements, Furthermore, the author suggests the division of the cochlear lesion into sensory, stria vascular,neural and physical.
