脈無し病前庭機能検査の1例

　緒言

　脈無し病は1907年に本邦に於て始めて報告され其後若干の報告があるが，極めて稀なる疾患であり，外国にはその例をみない。本病は又持続性脈膊消失症或は網膜血管吻合症，低血圧性眼血管症頸動脈閉鎖性血栓動脈内膜炎等と名付け報告せられている。

　1）橈骨動脈の無搏動　2）特有の眼症状　3）頸動脈洞反射亢進を3徴候とし主幹動脈の血栓によつてもたらされるものであるが，その本態は未だ明らかにされていない。

MATSUYAMA reports a case of a woman aged 21 affected with the so-called pulseless disease. Vestibular function test by turning and temperature stimulations showed a produc-tion of nystagmus larger in excursion as com-pared to that of a normal person. A large perforation of nasal septum was also found.
