頭部外傷後に拡大を見たベルガ腔の1例

A Case of the Development of Cavum Vergae after Head Trauma

Ⅰ．はじめに

　透明中隔嚢胞，ベルガ腔は成人においても高頻度に認められるvariationであるが，進行性に拡大する例は極めて稀であり，成人例においてCSF循環障害による進行性の拡大を確認し得た報告は皆無である．

　われわれは，頭部外傷後に透明中隔嚢胞，ベルガ腔の拡大を呈した成人例を経験した．本例は外傷から2年9カ月間magnetic resonance image（MRI）を用いて経時的に観察されている．本例に対し神経内視鏡下に開放術を行い貴重な所見を得たので，文献的考察を含めて増大機序について検討し報告する．

We report a case of the development of cavum septi pellucidi and cavum Vergae after head trauma in a 29-year-old female patient. After the accident, cavum septi pellucidi and cavum Vergae gradually expanded. Using magnetic reso-nance imaging, we followed up the patient for 33 months after the head trauma. Preoperatively, metrizamide CT cis-ternography was performed in order to investigate CSF flow between the cavum septi pellucidi/cavum Vergae and the subarachnoid space.
