仮性脳動脈瘤の破裂による脳室内出血を繰り返したもやもや病の1例

A Case of Moyamoya Disease with Repeated Intraventricular Hemorrhage due to a Ruptured Pseudoaneurysm

I．はじめに

　もやもや病に合併した動脈瘤の報告例は少なくなく，ウイリス輪及び，その周辺に出来るものと，末梢血管に出来るものとが報告されている．末梢血管のものに限れば，多くの場合は血管写上偶然に発見され，重大な出血を起こすことは少ないが，また出血した場合でも経過観察上自然消失することが多いと言われている．本例は出血を繰り返し，また手術的に動脈瘤を切除し得たもので，組織学的所見も加えて報告する．

A case of Moyamoya disease with ruptured aneurysm is reported.

This is a rare case in that episodes of intraventricular bleedings were repeated. The size of the aneurysm was markedly increased after the second bleeding, and the ruptured aneurysm was histologically certified after op-erative resection to be a pseudo-aneurysm.
