I．はじめに

　脳腫瘍に対する免疫療法のひとつとして，腫瘍抗原特異的キラーT（Tc）細胞をインターフェロン（IFN）とT細胞増殖因子（TCGF）とともに腫瘍内に直接投与する局所的免疫療法は大いに抗腫瘍効果が期待される．

　われわれは，すでに実験的マウスグリオーマの系を用いて，脳腫瘍に対しTc細胞が誘導されることを確認し^36），Tc細胞の活性化と分化に対するIFNの効果の有用性に関して報告した^37）．

The immunoregulatory effects of TCGF (T-cellgrowth factor) on the generation and growth of syngeneicmurine malignant glioma (20-methy lcholanthrene-induced 203-glioma)-specific killer T-cell were investi-gated in C57BL/6 adult mice in order to clarify theimmunopotential usefulness for anti-tumor localadoptive immunotherapy against malignant braintumor.

TCGF was prepared and assayed. Briefly, 5×10⁶ml mouse spleen cells were cultured with 2μg/mlconcanavalin A in RPMI-1640 medium supplementedwith 2% fetal calf serum for 24 hours.
