Ⅰ.はじめに
脳腫瘍が急性増悪をもって発症して,脳卒中と間違われる場合のあることはすでに指摘されている9,11,12).
また一般に,脳腫瘍が血管攣縮のような変化を示すことはないとされているが3),血管造影法の進歩発達につれて,血管炎に類似する脳血管変化を脳腫瘍の場合にも経験することが明白にされつつある1,2,4-7,10).
Cerebral vascular occlusion or spasm occurs almost exclusively in patients with atherosclerosis or subarachnoid hemorrhage. Despite this common belief, there are increasing numbers of cases documenting intracranial vascular occlusions associated with cerebral neoplasms.
We present a patient with a frontal lobe oligodendroglioma demonstrating en bloc vascular occlusion of the suprasylvian area in the early angiogram. Since the beginning of the year, 1970 a 50-year-old man had been suffering from head heaviness, unexplainable anxiety and difficulty in finding names of places and things. The blood pressure was high.
