 Coexistence of multinucleation and Alzheimer'sneurofibrillary change in neurons (Fig. 11) was noted in the central nervous system of an autopsy case of a male, 77 years old at death, with Parkinsonism who showed finger tremor, disturbances of gait, swallowing and speech, mask-like countenance, cogwheel phenomenon and reduced understanding since 7 months before death.
