実験アルミニウム中毒ウサギ神経細胞核内にみられた格子状構造について

Lattice-like structure in the neuronal nucleus of a rabbit with experimental aluminium intoxication

　実験的にHolt's adjuvantを脳内に注入された1羽のウサギ大脳帯状回皮質の神経細胞核内に，格子状構造を認めた。長さは2.5μで平行に走る約80〜100Å径の細線維とこれに60〜70。で交叉する同様の細線維により構成されていた。

　この構造は一般にきわめてまれにしか認められず，その意義は全く不明であるが，SSPEに比較的報告のあることを指摘した。また本構造が正常でも認められることや，病的状態ではその特異的病変として認められていないことより，本来正常構造である本構造が，ある種の代謝条件下では非特異的に増加する可能性を推定した。

The lattice-like structure was found in the nucleus of a neuron of the cingulate gyrus in a rabbit which had been innoculated intracerebrally with Holt's adjuvant. It consisted of crossing parallel fibrils, 80~100Å in diameter, with a center-to-center distance of approximately 80Å (Figs. 1 and 2).

Since lattice-like structures, in general, have been only rarely encounterred in the neuronalnuclei (Table 1), its significance is uncertain.
