尿管腫瘍術後に発生した腟移行上皮癌の1例

A Case of Vaginal Transitional Cell Carcinoma after Total Nephroureterectomy for Ureteral Tumor

　72歳，女性。主訴は不正性器出血であった。左尿管癌に対し左腎尿管全摘除術を施行したのち，1年半して不正性器出血が出現した。腟内に乳頭状腫瘍を認め，経腟的切除術を施行した。病理組織学的には移行上皮癌であった。腟移行上皮癌の発生機序は明らかでなく，意見が分かれている。尿路移行上皮癌術後の腟移行上皮癌は，文献上本邦3例目と考えられた。

In May 1997, a 72-year-old female presented with a T2, Grade 2 transitional cell carcinoma of left ureter, which was treated by left total nephroureterectomy. In December 1998 she noticed genital bleeding, and papillary tumor in the vagina was found. Histology of the excised specimens showed Grade 2 non-invasive transitional cell carcinoma. The pathogenesis of transitional cell carcinoma in the vagina after the excision of ureteral tumor is discussed.
