小さな腎偶発腫瘍3例に対する腎部分切除術

THREE CASES OF SMALL RENAL INCIDENTALOMA TREATED WITH PARTIAL NEPHRECTOMY

　術前診断が困難であった小さな腎偶発腫瘍3症例に対し腎部分切除術を施行した。病理組織学的には3例とも腎細胞癌であった。術前の血管造影では3症例いずれもが乏血管像を呈していた。

　腎部分切除術は，組織学的診断と治療の両面から，術前診断が困難な小さい腎腫瘍に対する選択のひとつであると考える。

Recent widespread use of noninvasive diagnostic imag-ing techniques has led to an increased incidence of small incidental renal tumors. Three these tumors were presented and difficulties in establishing their definitive diagnosis was described. Partial nephrectomy, is a choice of the treatment since it provides adequate speci-mens for definitive histological diagnosis, and yet achieves the therapeutic goal for tumor resection, with additional advantage of nephron preservation.
