小児に対する包皮形成術の試み

A STUDY OF PREPUTIAL PLASTIC SURGERIES IN BOYS

　小児包皮に対し術後の外観を考慮した手術を行い，追跡調査を実施し検討した。

　1993年4月から1994年8月までに手術した12例すべてにつき，聞き取り調査，ならびに診察を行った。3例に外観に対する不満があったが，医師の目から見て大半は正常外観を保っていた。今回の成績は背面切開術後の成績を凌駕すると思われた。

Twelve preputial plastic surgeries with the goal of retractable and normally shaped prepuce were performed from April 1993 to August 1994. All the boys were intervi-ewed and examined. Although three boys expressed some dissatisfaction with the present penile appearance many of them were judged by us to have almost normal penile appearance compared with usual boys. Our sur-geries were thought to superior to the dorsal slit surgery in regards to postoperative appearance.
